Life doesn’t always go the way we expect—but we can still move forward.

I help individuals and teams rebuild, lead, and perform—no matter what they’re facing.

My Story Didn’t Start Here

I didn’t always have control.
And for a long time, I carried that into every part of my life—my decisions, my relationships, and how I saw myself.

That pattern followed me into adulthood.
Into broken relationships.
Into anxiety.
Into moments where I hit rock bottom and didn’t know how to move forward.

Along the way, I experienced loss—
in relationships, and in people who meant everything to me.

My brother.
My grandparents.

Loss has a way of changing how you see everything.

But even through that… I was building.

I was developing in my career.
Finding structure.
Learning how to show up, perform, and take on more responsibility.

I was also building a family.

I became a father.

And that gave me a deeper reason to grow—
to be better, to create something stable, and to become someone my kids could look up to.

Eventually, I stepped into a leadership role.

And right as that happened…

I lost my mom.

That moment carried a different kind of weight.

Stepping into leadership while processing that kind of loss
forces you to grow quickly.

To stay grounded.
To keep showing up.
Even when things don’t feel steady internally.

And then life hit again—hard.

A traumatic accident forced everything to stop.

But it didn’t erase what I had built.

It tested it.

And at the same time… I was facing something else.

I was separated from my sons.

That brought a different kind of weight.

Not just physical recovery—
but emotional pressure, responsibility,
and the reality of having to fight to stay connected to what mattered most.

But even in that…

I kept moving forward.

That’s where everything changed.

Not because I had to start over—
but because I had to rebuild differently.

I found a new foundation.
A different perspective.
A deeper sense of purpose.

I learned how to take control of what I could—my mindset, my actions, and the direction of my life.

I rebuilt, step by step.

And I kept moving forward—personally and professionally.

I continued to lead.
I continued to perform.
I continued to show up—
even before I was fully back on my feet.

Not in perfect conditions—
but in real ones.

And now, I help others do the same.
